WELCOME TO LAKE CAKES, WHERE ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS SHINE.
Lake Cakes is where I do the baking, creating delightful cakes just for you. My cakes are carefully crafted with all natural ingredients, including local Georgia produce and honey, cage-free eggs and grass-fed butter. No seed oils are used, no corn syrups, no chemical food dyes and never any hydrogenated oils. The coloring in my frostings are pink from strawberries, blue from blueberries, yellow from lemon and tumeric. Even the color in toppings like sprinkles or colored sugars are sourced from vendors who use fruits and vegetables for the coloring. I think it makes a difference in the taste and look of my cakes. I offer freshly made little cakes and cupcakes, prepared to order and guarantee a high quality, all natural taste.
My passion for baking started in my grandmother's kitchen, was practiced in my mother's, and continues now in my own here at Lake Oconee Georgia. I simply love to bake and I enjoy sharing that love.
